I'll have to try to keep track of you, especially for whenever I head back up to NY...
I'm curious as to locating a bottle of that 100% Meunier Champagne-- I tried a Pindar from th North Fork five- six years ago-- unfortunately we opened it at th end of a meal (ok-- I brought Long Island wines to pair with cous-cous Royale made by Chef Brahim who worked for both Jean-Georges & Daniel before being talked into coming to Puerto Rico)-- talk about a palate cleanser! It was like sparkling oyster & clam juice!
